Phase A (Months 1-15): Setup and Preparation
Defines and develops the Foundation model, creates specifications for EU-iNSPIRE programs, sets up the cybersecurity campus, prepares trainers, and begins student enrolment for cohort 1.

Phase B (Months 16-33): First Programme Delivery
Executes the delivery of educational and certification programs for the first full cohort, including course teaching, mentoring, practice-oriented learning experiences, and evaluation of this implementation cycle.
Phase B1 (M16-M27): First year of cohort 1
- Core courses delivery
- Lecture-driven components
Phase B2 (M28-M33): Final semester of cohort 1
- Master’s thesis completion
- Degree awarding
Phase C (Months 25-48): Second and Third Programme Delivery
Updates program courses and components based on feedback from cohort 1, delivers the second cohort program cycle, launches the third cohort, and finalizes the sustainable model for continuing beyond the project timeline.
Phase C1 (M25-M33):
- Update material based on cohort 1 feedback
- Initiate full-programme cohort 2
Phase C2 (M28-M48):
- Core delivery of cohort 2
- Launch of cohort 3
