Project’s Mission
We are creating a lasting European education program that trains cybersecurity experts, keeps their skills current, and makes sure everyone has access to quality training that matches what employers need.
The project in short
EU-iNSPIRE is creating a next-generation European education system for cybersecurity. The project trains master-level experts in three key areas: cybersecurity with AI, cyber insurance, and digital transformation. Through the EU-iNSPIRE academy, we’re building a sustainable education ecosystem that continuously updates professionals’ skills to meet industry needs and helps close Europe’s cybersecurity skills gap.
During its lifetime, the project will deliver three distinct master’s programs (MSc, MBA, and MSc by research) and will engage over 1,000 students in Master’s Programs and award 5,000 certifications.

Developing specialized master-level expertise across political, organizational and technological dimensions of:
- Cybersecurity
- Artificial Intelligence
- Cyber Insurance
Master’s Degrees
- MSc in cybersecurity and AI technologies (led by UPRC)
- MBA in cybersecurity and cyber insurance business management (led by EPBS)
- MSc by research in practical implementation (led by UPRC)
EU-iNSPIRE Foundation
Establishing the EU-iNSPIRE Foundation as a sustainable framework for:
- High quality education access
- Research and innovation in cybersecurity
- Long-term partnerships between academia and industry
Our goals:
- Enrol 1,000 students in master’s programs
- Award 5,000 certifications
- Reach over 10,000 participants through campus facilities
- Award >500 Educational Mobility Grants
