Expressions of Interest Now Open: Apply for the EU-iNSPIRE Master Programmes!

The cybersecurity landscape is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Emerging threats, the rapid integration of artificial intelligence into critical systems, and a shifting geopolitical environment have made the demand for skilled cybersecurity professionals more urgent than ever.

That is precisely what EU-iNSPIRE was built to deliver and we are thrilled to announce that Expressions of Interest for the EU-iNSPIRE Master Programmes are now officially open.

All programmes are:

  • Fully aligned with the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF), as defined by ENISA
  • Designed in compliance with the regulatory landscape
  • Developed collaboratively across consortium members spanning academia, research, and the private sector — ensuring that every module reflects the challenges that cybersecurity professionals face today

 

We encourage all prospective applicants to explore the available programmes and submit their Expression of Interest.

The Master Programmes

MSc in Cybersecurity

A comprehensive, technically grounded programme for learners seeking deep expertise in areas such as network security, AI-powered cybersecurity, cyber threat intelligence, and cybersecurity in industrial scenarios. The curriculum builds from foundational principles to advanced, hands-on application.

MSc by Research

A research-oriented pathway for learners who wish to contribute to the evolving body of knowledge in cybersecurity. This programme supports independent research under the guidance of expert supervisors drawn from the consortium’s academic partners.

MBA with Cybersecurity specialisation

A strategic programme for current and aspiring leaders who need to understand cybersecurity not just as a technical discipline, but as a governance, risk, and organisational challenge. This pathway addresses the intersection of cyber risk management, cyber insurance, and organisational resilience.

Programme Details

  • Start date: Fall 2026
  • Duration: 18 months
  • Delivery: Fully remote (worldwide participation)
  • Funding: Fully funded for EU nationals
  • Application fees: May apply depending on institution
  • Eligibility: Not applicable to EU residents who are non-nationals

 

What sets EU-iNSPIRE apart is the depth of industry integration embedded throughout the curriculum.

From network security and cybersecurity in industrial scenarios to cybersecurity in the political domain and cyber risk governance, the programmes address the full spectrum of competencies defined in the ECSF’s 12 cybersecurity profiles. Learners will not only develop technical skills; they will build the strategic autonomy, critical thinking, and cross-sector fluency needed to lead in complex, high-stakes environments.
